  • "Client" refers to any individual or corporate entity that engages our services.
  • "Corporate Client" refers to a business entity that contracts our services for its employees.
  • "Services" refers to the dog walking and related pet care services provided by Tradefielda.
  • "Website" refers to the website located at www.tradefielda.com and all associated pages.
  • "Dog Walker" refers to our professional staff who provide the dog walking services.

3. Services

3.1 Service Description

Tradefielda provides professional dog walking services tailored for busy professionals and corporate clients. Our services include:

  • Individual daily walks
  • Office-time walks
  • Recurring team plans for corporate clients
  • Emergency and same-day coverage
  • Key handling and secure access services
  • After-work evening walks

3.2 Service Booking

Services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. For corporate clients, services may be booked according to the terms of the corporate agreement.

3.3 Service Hours

Our standard service hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Services requested outside these hours may be subject to additional fees.

3.4 Service Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Corporate clients may have different cancellation terms as specified in their agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Pet Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their pet, including health conditions, behavioral issues, and veterinary contacts.

4.2 Property Access

Clients must ensure safe and legal access to their property for the dog walker. This includes providing necessary keys, access codes, or other entry methods.

4.3 Pet Supplies

Clients must ensure that appropriate supplies are available for their pet, including leashes, waste bags, water, and any required medications.

4.4 Emergency Contact

Clients must provide current emergency contact information and veterinary details.

4.5 Corporate Client Responsibilities

Corporate clients must designate an authorized representative to manage the service relationship and ensure that participating employees understand and comply with these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Our current service rates are available upon request. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card, direct debit, and bank transfer. Corporate clients may arrange for consolidated billing as specified in their agreement.

5.3 Billing Cycle

Individual clients are billed at the time of service or according to their subscription plan. Corporate clients are typically billed monthly, with terms specified in their agreement.

5.4 Late Payments

Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Our Insurance

Tradefielda maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and key replacement insurance.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct damages caused by our negligence in providing the Services, up to the amount of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions of the pet
  • Injuries sustained by pets with known aggressive tendencies
  • Property damage not caused by our dog walkers
  • Consequential or indirect losses

6.3 Pet Owner's Liability

Pet owners remain primarily responsible for their pet's actions and should maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

6.4 Property Access

While we take utmost care with property access, clients grant permission for our dog walkers to enter their premises for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Website Use

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tradefielda or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7.3 User Accounts

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

8. Termination of Services

8.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. For subscription services, cancellation terms in the subscription agreement apply.

8.2 Termination by Tradefielda

We reserve the right to terminate services for any client in case of:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Provision of false information
  • Pets that pose a safety risk to our staff
  • Repeated violation of these Terms

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable. Property access materials (keys, codes) will be returned within 7 business days.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. For corporate clients, we maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding employee participation in corporate programs. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter informally.

10.2 Formal Complaints

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to complaints@tradefielda.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a full response within 14 business days.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
