Services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. For corporate clients, services may be booked according to the terms of the corporate agreement.
Our standard service hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Services requested outside these hours may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Corporate clients may have different cancellation terms as specified in their agreement.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their pet, including health conditions, behavioral issues, and veterinary contacts.
Clients must ensure safe and legal access to their property for the dog walker. This includes providing necessary keys, access codes, or other entry methods.
Clients must ensure that appropriate supplies are available for their pet, including leashes, waste bags, water, and any required medications.
Clients must provide current emergency contact information and veterinary details.
Corporate clients must designate an authorized representative to manage the service relationship and ensure that participating employees understand and comply with these Terms.
Our current service rates are available upon request. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, direct debit, and bank transfer. Corporate clients may arrange for consolidated billing as specified in their agreement.
Individual clients are billed at the time of service or according to their subscription plan. Corporate clients are typically billed monthly, with terms specified in their agreement.
Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.
Tradefielda maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and key replacement insurance.
Our liability is limited to the direct damages caused by our negligence in providing the Services, up to the amount of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for:

While we take utmost care with property access, clients grant permission for our dog walkers to enter their premises for the purpose of providing the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
